An expression that has become familiar on Ivorian social networks is now set to music. Suspect 95 teamed up with Rosemark Marcel for “Le Repos,” a track accompanied by an official video released online on September 25, 2026.
The collaboration brings together the Ivorian rapper and one of the faces associated with the series of humorous videos centered around “rest.” Rosemark developed a character and situations widely shared on TikTok and other platforms, before Suspect 95 incorporated this universe into a song.
The track maintains the playful tone of the two artists. The idea of rest oscillates between the need to regain strength, ambition, and romantic undertones, a theme that aligns with Suspect 95’s writing on relationships and the small scenes of everyday life.
La Grâce Papii is responsible for the production, mixing, and mastering. The video, directed by PREM’S, credits Suspect 95 and Rosemark for the lyrics and is released under the label Le Syndicat.
This release extends an active year for Suspect 95, already marked by several tracks, including “Le Temps” and “Faut me bouai.” With “Le Repos,” the rapper this time transforms an Ivorian viral code into a musical collaboration with its creator.
