Sébastien Dano Djédjé, president of the Strategic and Political Council of the PPA-CI, returned to his home on Monday, October 12, 2026, after being questioned by the Anti-Terrorism Section of the Abidjan Court of First Instance, in Cocody-Angré.
The former minister appeared before the investigators accompanied by a lawyer, according to consistent reports from KOACI, Linfodrome, and Connection Ivoirienne. The summons had been delivered to him on Friday, October 9, at the headquarters of his political party.
KOACI reports, citing a source close to the party, that Sébastien Dano Djédjé was placed under judicial supervision following the hearing. Connection Ivoirienne and Linfodrome confirm his return home but do not provide the same details regarding this measure.
No detention warrant has been reported by the three media outlets. The exact reasons for the hearing had not been publicly detailed in the information available on Monday afternoon.
Since the reorganization of the PPA-CI leadership in August, Sébastien Dano Djédjé has chaired the party’s Strategic and Political Council. The executive presidency is held by Léon Emmanuel Monnet.
