ASEC Mimosas is still awaiting its first victory in Ligue 1 this season. The Yellow and Black shared the points with AFAD on Saturday, October 10, 2026, with a 1-1 draw at the Alassane-Ouattara Stadium in Ebimpé. During this third matchday, FC San Pedro secured a much clearer win on the field of Bouaké FC, who were defeated 3-0.
ASEC’s draw extends a difficult start. The club’s official schedule recalls the 1-0 defeat against Yamoussoukro FC on September 26 at the Charles-Konan-Banny stadium, followed by a goalless draw against Stella Club on October 4 in Ebimpé. With this latest result, the Mimosas have accumulated two points from three matches.
ASEC has therefore scored its first goal of the championship against AFAD but has not yet secured the three points of a victory. Over the course of these three matches, it has one goal scored and two conceded. After two matches without scoring, this first goal changes the club’s offensive record without ending its winless streak.
In Bouaké, San Pedro made the difference from the very first half. According to the report from Supersport CI, Dosso Yssouf opened the scoring in the 19th minute. Karamoko Alpha extended the visitors’ lead to two goals in the 39th minute, allowing the Pétruciens to head into the break with a 2-0 advantage.
Bouaké did not reduce the gap after the break. Aby Kassi Théo added the third goal in the 89th minute. San Pedro thus secured a second consecutive victory after starting their season with a 1-1 draw against Zoman FC. Two wins and one draw bring their total to seven points after three matchdays.
The third result on Saturday was also a draw: Stade d’Abidjan and ES Agboville ended with a score of 1-1. The matchday continues on Sunday, October 11, with Stella Club-Yamoussoukro FC and Mouna FC-SOL FC. The schedule then features CO Korhogo-US Tchologo and SOA-ISCA on Monday, October 12, followed by Olympique d’Adiaké-Zoman on Tuesday, October 13.
