Nagida causes the Cameroonian equalizer

Cameroon reacted after the break. Coming on at halftime, Mahamadou Nagida broke through on the left side before shooting. The ball was deflected into his own net by Congolese goalkeeper Melvin Zinga in the 53rd minute.

The end of the match remained open, and Congo once again forced Cameroonian goalkeeper Blondy Nna Noukeu to make several saves.

Cameroon has four points after two matchdays, following its initial victory against Libya. Congo earns its first point of the campaign.
