Candidates declared admitted to the 2026 administrative competitions in Côte d’Ivoire must submit their physical file between Monday, October 19 and Friday, November 20, according to the information published by the Ministry of Public Service. This step follows the online publication of the results on October 8.
The procedure begins with scheduling an appointment on the ministry’s official platform. Candidates for direct and recruitment competitions must also undergo the medical examination required before finalizing their application.
The deposit is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. at several sites in Abidjan and in regional offices. The mentioned centers notably include the Abidjan Police School, the Yopougon Sectoral Vocational High School, and the National Library.
Inside the country, the regional offices of Abengourou, Bouaké, Daloa, Korhogo, and Yamoussoukro must also receive the files. The choice of the center and the date is made through the online appointment system in order to distribute the candidates over the period.
The admission lists remain accessible on the official results portal. The ministry distinguishes between direct competitions, recruitment competitions, and professional competitions, with results published by job and by session.
Successful candidates are advised to check their results on the government portal before taking any further steps and to follow the required documents for their category. The ministry also reminds that its official procedures are conducted through its own platforms.
A short number, 1364, is displayed by the administration for reports related to fraud. The deadline of November 20 marks the end of the announced period for submitting the files of admitted candidates.
