The man was apprehended near the traffic light at Scolastica, in the 5th district of the Burkinabe capital, and then taken into care by municipal officers.<\/p>\n<p>This intervention was carried out by the Mobile Operational Group (GOM) during a surveillance operation. Municipal authorities report that the individual is in a vulnerable situation. They invite anyone able to recognize him or provide information about his family to come forward.<\/p>\n<p>Information can be communicated to the General Directorate of the Municipal Police, located at Patte d\u2019Oie, near the Naaba Wobgo roundabout.
