The process takes place on the housing platform of CROU Abidjan II. It distinguishes admission, intended for students applying for a room for the first time, from readmission, reserved for those who were already residents the previous year.<\/p>\n
The physical submission of files will take place from November 10 to December 11. Requests for readmission must be submitted to the Directorate of University Residences at the three sites, while admission files will be received by the Sub-Directorate of Reception and Housing.<\/p>\n
Registering a request does not guarantee the allocation of a room. The CROU specifies that the assignment depends on the number of available places and the evaluation of the application according to the social criteria set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/p>\n
To be eligible, the candidate must be regularly enrolled in a public higher education institution in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, be up to date with their administrative and financial obligations, and accept the internal regulations of the residences.<\/p>\n
The online file includes, in particular, a recent ID photo, a copy of the valid student card, and the 2025-2026 transcript or the registration form from the ministry. First-year undergraduate students must also provide their baccalaureate success certificate.<\/p>\n
The platform also requires a notarized individual and parental commitment form, accompanied by a copy of the parent\u2019s or guardian\u2019s identity document, as well as two identical color passport photos.
