\n\u201cI have always carried out my duties with loyalty and integrity, without hypocrisy or political calculation,\u201d he declared, while openly criticizing the current methods of governance within the party. He specifically pointed to the organization of the 9th extraordinary congress on May 14<\/strong>, which he says was held \u201cwithout a President or Congress Bureau.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
