The former actress and wife of Prince Harry spoke candidly about life with her two children, Archie and Lilibet, while balancing a busy schedule of professional commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love being a mom\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOh my gosh, I love being a mom. It\u2019s my favorite thing,\u201d Meghan said enthusiastically. Like many parents, however, she admitted she sometimes feels the need to take a breather: \u201cIt\u2019s that moment when you think, \u2018I need a break\u2019\u2026 but as soon as you leave the room, you\u2019re scrolling through photos of them on your phone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her deep affection is evident, though she doesn\u2019t shy away from acknowledging the complexity of parenting: \u201cThe parenting paradigm is so intense, but I wouldn\u2019t trade it for anything in the world,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the help of a nanny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although Meghan strives to be as hands-on as possible, she credits a long-standing nanny for helping her manage the load. \u201cOur amazing nanny has been with us for five years and takes them to school some days,\u201d she explained\u2014support that\u2019s vital as she juggles family life and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Duchess described a tightly packed morning routine: waking up at 6:30 a.m., getting the kids ready, preparing breakfast, writing little notes for their lunchboxes, and taking them to two separate schools since Archie and Lilibet attend different institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen it\u2019s me taking them, I\u2019m not home before 9 a.m., and then I head straight into work meetings,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A time capsule of love<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the end of each day, Meghan has created a touching tradition: sending \u201csecret emails\u201d to her children that they\u2019ll receive in the future. \u201cI thought it would be a great time capsule to create for them,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each message includes treasured photos, meaningful documents like school report cards, and heartfelt words\u2014memories carefully preserved to remind them of their childhood and the boundless love of their mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
