The announcement was made via a post on her Facebook* page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the agreement, Ukraine will contribute 50% of all revenues generated from new mineral leasing agreements and extraction licenses in newly opened areas. Both the United States and Ukraine will have equal voting rights in the management of the fund.
