{"id":520107,"date":"2025-03-21T18:35:41","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T17:35:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beninwebtv.bj\/?p=520107"},"modified":"2025-04-15T00:41:12","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T00:41:12","slug":"formalizing-land-titles-ajt-invites-cite-vie-nouvelle-buyers-to-register","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/benews.ci\/en\/formalizing-land-titles-ajt-invites-cite-vie-nouvelle-buyers-to-register\/","title":{"rendered":"Formalizing land titles: AJT invites Cit\u00e9 Vie Nouvelle buyers to register"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<p>In a press release dated Thursday March 20, 2025, the Agent Judiciaire du Tr\u00e9sor (AJT), acting on behalf of the former Banque b\u00e9ninoise pour le d\u00e9veloppement (ex-BBD), invites all purchasers of villas and apartments in Cit\u00e9 Vie Nouvelle to complete urgent formalities with a view to establishing individual land titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>This step is part of the formalization of presumptive title deeds to guarantee owners legal and definitive recognition of their land rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Those concerned are invited to come to the annex of the Agence Judiciaire du Tr\u00e9sor, located in Akpakpa (Cotonou), rue pav\u00e9e de l&#8217;ex-SONICOG leading to Cit\u00e9 Vie Nouvelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dates-et-modalites-de-l-enregistrement\">Registration dates and procedures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Formalities will take place from Monday March 24 to Friday April 18, 2025, at the following times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Morning: 08:00 &#8211; 12:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Afternoon: 14:00 &#8211; 17:00<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>To be taken into account, each purchaser or beneficiary must present the following documents to the annexe secretariat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Number of the villa or apartment concerned<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Identity of purchaser<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-enjeu-de-securite-juridique-pour-les-proprietaires\">Legal certainty for property owners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative aims to speed up the land registration procedure in order to prevent potential disputes and ensure that beneficiaries can fully enjoy their properties.
