Lady Ponce, the shining star of Cameroonian music, once again expresses her staunch support for Samuel Eto’o, a respected figure whom she considers a brother.

Recently, a communique from the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fécafoot) created waves for not officially recognizing Marc Brys as the coach of the Indomitable Lions. Amid this controversy, the government remained silent for a while before the sports minister took a stance.

Amidst this backdrop, the Cameroonian diva Lady Ponce, known for her outspokenness, stepped in. Via a post on her Facebook page, she showed her unwavering support for Samuel Eto’o, thus navigating the turbulent waters currently stirring the Cameroonian football scene.

My dear brother, it wasn’t you who was humiliated, but the whole of Cameroon. They show the entire world that Cameroonians cannot manage Cameroon. So, I am amazed to know that they are still in their positions. They should have started by resigning themselves and giving us back to colonization once more. Nothing will happen to you, brother, they can’t destroy or take away what God has placed in you. Samuel Eto’o, the Legend,” wrote Lady Ponce.
