“No one can enter heaven without me,” Pastor Obotan

A Ghanaian man of God, known as Pastor Obotan, claimed this Tuesday, May 13, 2025, during an interview that no one can access heaven without going through him.

According to the man identified as Pastor Obotan, it is God Himself who entrusted him with this mission of being the “gateway to heaven.” “It is through me alone that one can enter heaven,” he declared unequivocally during the program broadcast on a local channel.

On social media, reactions were swift. While some of his followers defend him tooth and nail, other internet users and religious leaders denounce a “blasphemy.” The latter accuse him of manipulating vulnerable believers.

This is not the first time a pastor has made such statements in Ghana. Recall that a man of God had previously shocked public opinion by claiming that no one could address Jesus Christ without going through him.
