The luxurious property that Kanye West purchased back in 2021 is struggling to find a buyer. Initially listed at around 57 million dollars (approximately 53 million euros or 34 billion CFA francs), the property is now being offered for 39 million dollars (around 36 million euros or 23 billion CFA francs), indicating a possible significant loss for the famous musician.

The luxury residence once acquired by Kanye West in 2021, originally valued at 57 million dollars (approximately 53 million euros or 34.7 billion CFA francs), is having difficulty attracting buyers after being put on the market. Kanye West, who intended to transform the property into a luxury bunker, has since halted work, leaving the house with unfinished renovations and a neglected appearance.

Initially purchased to combine security and comfort, the villa has suffered from a series of abandoned transformations. This ambitious project gave way to a necessary sale for Kanye, who decided to part with the property at a reduced price: 53 million dollars (about 48.4 million euros or 31.5 billion CFA francs).

However, the initial enthusiasm of the real estate agent Jason Oppenheim has not translated into a quick sale. After several months of inactivity in the luxury real estate market, the decision was made to further reduce the price to 39 million dollars (approximately 36 million euros or 23.6 billion CFA francs). Despite a prime location and clear potential for customization, the music star’s “villa-bunker” continues to seek a buyer, hoping to attract those looking for an exceptional project and willing to invest in its refurbishment.
