HomePeopleCelebrityIvory Coast: Comedian Observateur Summoned by Cybercrime Police

The renowned Ivorian comedian, Observateur, shared on his Facebook page via a video, that he has received a summons from the police.

The controversial Ivorian comedian Observateur has been summoned by the police. He announced the news through a video posted on his Facebook page. “But I would already like to apologize to all my victims. I’m thinking of Coach Hamond Chic, maybe it’s you. I’m thinking of Didi B, Apoutchou… Please, I have three children! I’m an orphan of both parents,” he says, with a mix of humor and seriousness.

My lawyer is organizing to accompany me there by next Monday at the latest, if he’s not available this Thursday. It’s very serious and I wanted to inform my relatives that this is my job, especially my wife Kouassi Amlan Bah Isabelle. This job has made me happy. Whatever the outcome, do not panic, my dear. This isn’t a Jesus thing, because I already know he is with me. I will face the consequences, both positive and negative. I will go there on Thursday,” he promises.

He continued by inviting his fans to support him. “In the meantime, police, let’s do things properly. Treat me well, because the whole world is watching,” the comedian pleads, before humming the chorus of “Coup du Marteau,” and finishing with a dive into his pool.

Furthermore, on the morning of Thursday, April 11, 2024, the comedian returned to inform his community that he is responding to the police’s summons. “Today is the day to respond to the telephone summons from the Ivorian cybercrime police. For insult and damage to image. At least I’m not involved in any rape story. The Lord is my army. I will lack nothing in the valley of MACA (Editor’s note: now known as Abidjan Penitentiary Pole, “PPA”) I will be pampered and loved affectionately,” he believes.
