In a candid and humorous interview with Allure magazine, American tennis legend Serena Williams opened up about her personal style, self-care habits, and holistic approach to life.

During a game of “buy, save, or delete,” Serena shared her beauty picks: “Delete French tips, save fun nail art, and I’d buy a nude nail,” she said. On hairstyles, she added, “Delete straight hair, save braids, buy curls.”

Her choices align with her bold public persona, often defined by expressive fashion and daring hairstyles.

But beyond appearances, Serena emphasized the importance of mental well-being. While she admitted she doesn’t have time to journal, she reaffirmed her commitment to therapy and meditation—both central to maintaining her balance. The champion has previously spoken publicly about her struggles with postpartum depression.

“I delete journaling because I just don’t have the time. I buy therapy because I’m in it all the time. I save meditation,” she shared in the interview.

On the business front, Serena continues to make waves. Her beauty brand, Wyn Beauty—launched with inspiration drawn from her time on the Wimbledon courts—is celebrating its first anniversary. Designed with active and racially diverse women in mind, the brand reflects her dedication to inclusive, functional beauty.

From her clothing line S by Serena to collaborations with Nike and her ongoing advocacy work, Serena Williams continues to dominate not just in sports, but also in entrepreneurship.
