Belinda, widely known to the public as Big Cheezy, is the owner of the successful restaurant Chez Amis. The young businesswoman has sparked controversy after adding a brand-new Rolls Royce to her car collection—a luxury model valued at nearly $450,000, or more than 250 million CFA francs.

The high-profile purchase hasn’t gone unnoticed and is already making waves on social media. In a widely circulated video, the entrepreneur is seen beaming with pride as her new luxury car is delivered.

Criticized by some for the astronomical cost of the vehicle, Big Cheezy has made it clear that it is the result of years of hard work in the food business. Specializing in attiéké, a traditional Ivorian dish popular across West Africa, the restaurateur shared how her dream finally came true.

“The Rolls Royce Cullinan was the car I wanted even before it was released. I knew one day it would be mine,” she told Ghanaian outlet Nkonkonsa.

Now nicknamed the first woman in Ghana to own this specific model, Big Cheezy has even bigger dreams. Her next goal? A personalized private jet.

But beyond the glamour, she also shared a powerful message for young people striving for success:

“No matter what you do—even if you’re selling cold water—do it with dignity. I was never ashamed to sell fish by the roadside. And to this day, I still serve my customers myself. What men can do, women can do too—and sometimes even better. It all comes down to hard work.”
