Clasico: A Barça Legend Warns Blaugrana Ahead of Real Madrid Showdown

Former Barça player Luis Garcia has shared his thoughts on Real Madrid’s philosophy ahead of this weekend’s Clasico between the two giants.

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will face off this Sunday for the fourth time this season. The Clasico between the two teams will take place at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.

During the current season, Madrid has lost three times to Barcelona, including two finals. The Catalan club won the Spanish Super Cup and the Copa del Rey after defeating Casa Blanca 5-2 and 3-2, respectively.

These statistics do not favor the Merengues, as a defeat against their Blaugrana rivals could cost them the Spanish league title. However, according to Luis Garcia, Carlo Ancelotti’s men still have a say. The former Barcelona star insists that Real Madrid will return to their best form due to the club’s history.

“For Real Madrid, it has been several years, and we have not yet seen an idea, a philosophy, or something that would allow us to say: ‘OK, this is a Madrid team,'” he told Goal.

“We have become accustomed to this: ‘They will come back because of the history, the context, the badge, or something else,'” he added. The verdict will be delivered this Sunday.
