Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has revealed that he is a big fan of Afrobeats music.
In an interview with TTV, the Spanish prodigy disclosed that he listens to a lot of African music. He also revealed that Grammy Award-winning singers Burna Boy and Rema are his favorite Afrobeats artists.
“I listen to a lot of Afro music,” he stated. When asked who his favorite Afrobeats artist is, the 17-year-old forward replied, “Burna Boy and Rema.”
Lamine Yamal’s revelation came as a surprise to many, as he had been seen hanging out with Skales after the singer’s 2015 hit “Shake Body” gained popularity due to the viral dance by the Barcelona teenage sensation.
Skales has also recently released a new song titled “Dance Like Lamine Yamal,” paying homage to the Iberian star.
