Alain Delon, an immortal figure of French cinema, appears thin in a photo shared by his daughter. This rare photo was taken on March 27, 2024, by Anouchka in their family home and published on May 8, 2025, to pay tribute to her father.

This Thursday, May 8, Anouchka Delon shared an intimate snapshot of her parents, Alain Delon and Rosalie van Breemen, on Instagram. The photo, taken five months before her father’s death, shows him visibly very thin. The black-and-white image depicts the actor sitting at a table with a bowl of tea, receiving a tender kiss on the head from his former partner.

The actor, who passed away on August 18, 2024, at the age of 88 in his property in Douchy, had been suffering for several years. Weakened by a stroke in 2019, he was later diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma, a form of lymphatic system cancer.

“Mom and Dad, until the end,” Anouchka simply wrote in the caption. Although her parents were separated, their bond remained intact, as evidenced by this final image.

The relationship between Anouchka and her father was very close. Present by his side through trials and in the spotlight, she was one of his most loyal supporters, especially after his stroke. “My greatest achievement,” Delon used to say about his daughter.
