“He’s the striker of the future”: Real Madrid locks down Endrick

Real Madrid has broken its silence regarding Endrick, the young Brazilian striker whose limited playing time has sparked speculation about a possible departure. The club has made it clear: Endrick is going nowhere.

After arriving this summer with high hopes of establishing himself in Real’s star-studded attack, the 18-year-old has struggled to find his rhythm. With just 7 goals and 1 assist in 34 appearances this season, Endrick’s impact has fallen short of expectations, and frustrations are mounting.

In a candid interview last March, Endrick expressed concern that his lack of minutes could jeopardize his dream of playing for Brazil in the next World Cup.

“To be honest, what’s on my mind is the fear of not making the World Cup. That’s one of my dreams,” he said. “It’s hard to say, because I want to help Brazil win a sixth title. But of course, it’s tough being at the biggest club in the world, surrounded by top players, and not getting the chance to play regularly.”

His comments fueled rumors online, linking him to potential moves to the Premier League or Ligue 1. But according to Relevo, the Madrid board is standing firm: “He’s the striker of the future,” the club reportedly insists.

Despite Endrick’s concerns, Real Madrid has reassured him that he remains a key part of the club’s long-term vision. Letting him go, even on loan, is seen as too risky. The club has urged him to stay focused, keep training hard, and trust that his time will come.

Still, the uncertainty lingers. With Xabi Alonso tipped to replace Carlo Ancelotti on the bench next season, and names like Viktor Gyökeres, Patrik Schick, and Victor Boniface on the club’s radar, Endrick may soon find himself competing with even more firepower.
